I wanted to write to you and thank you and your staff for an outstanding job you did on my divorce case. While most people hopefully do not need your offices services, you and your staff made the best of a very difficult time in my life.

I started with a different law firm and needless to say I was frustrated as I felt I was going nowhere and that my former attorney thought it was just best to give into my ex-wife's demands because it was easier than responding to her attorney via back and forth conversations and discussions. This is when I knew I needed a change. From the first day I met with you, I got the feeling that you were interested, focused and committed to my case. Once I started with you firm, you and your team were focused and committed in my case. Having been involved in a complicated "Home State" jurisdictional issue concerning the relocation of my son, I hired Attorney William Bishop as legal counsel. The case was extremely complex as it involved two states (Arizona and Ohio), each, which claimed that they had jurisdiction over my son. This inevitably led to conferences between the states as well as an Evidentiary Hearing to determine what state would assume jurisdiction.

From the perspective of a father with a child, resolving custody and getting time to spend with your own kids through a divorce is not an easy battle. I wish I had found Kristen Martin from the beginning of my divorce and though I had reservations about how passionately a female would represent me in a system that I find biased to favor mothers, she quickly put those reservations to rest. She listened to my concerns regarding my ex-wife abusing the system to produce problems for me and favorable outcomes for my ex-wife. Kristen understood through experience and got it.

By the time I found Kristen Martin, my divorce and custody case had been bungled by two previous attorneys from Yavapai county. This left Kristen the difficult job of sorting through several years of their mistakes and asserting my position in a Yavapai court from Maricopa County. This was not an easy task, yet Kristen accepted the challenge and in no time was advising me as if she had known my case from the beginning.

Since I was living in Maryland and working in Washington D.C. (yet another complexity to my case), all of our meetings were by phone. Divorce & Support Case

I had a particularly complex divorce and support case with my ex-husband. For years he danced his way around courts in New York and Florida due in part to his brothers legal connections. He owed over $7000.00 in back support and would not pay, in addition to this he harassed me and my child constantly. Threats and verbal abuse were common. He brought me to court on every thing he could think of because he had free legal service.

I have retained the services of Kristen Martin for several years and my single regret is that I did not obtain them earlier. For my divorce, I went with one of those "one size fits all" law firms that handle cases ranging from Family Law to DUI and everything in between. Complex Paternity-Relocation-Custody Case

I am writing this testimonial for two reasons. Because of Ms. Peacock, my daughter is home again with me where she belongs and where she wants to be.

I retained Angela as part of a divorce proceeding and was extremely satisfied with her work on my case. As background, I had attempted to initiate divorce proceedings in early 2009 with a well know Family Law firm in Phoenix and had an unacceptable experience. Custody/Relocation Case

I retained Angela Peacock for an extremely sensitive and difficult custody/relocation case. At first I was apprehensive because she didn't tell me everything that I wanted to hear! She told me that my case was difficult.

Divorce and child custody lawyer

Recently Angela represented me in a divorce that was complicated as a result of ownership in a small business, property and child custody. Difficult divorce case

Angela handled a very difficult divorce for me a couple of years ago, one which was difficult going through emotionally and which was filled with threats and abuse by my now ex-wife. There are several things I appreciated Angela regarding the services she provided me, they were:

1. She maintained professional representation throughout the proceedings even during the most stressful times, and focused on the facts and ensuring that all necessary details were covered. In addition, when my ex-wife and her attorney began to engage her name in frivolous matters, she handled it with respect and integrity without incurring a large expense.

2. She worked with me in establishing ground rules on how we would interact with my ex-wife her attorney and she respected those ground rules throughout the proceedings.

3. She represented and advised me on what 'My' rights were, along with what was in the best interest for both parties in coming up with a fair and equitable settlement and always had my and my children's interest in mind.

4. She listened to my concerns and questions as we were going through the process and was able to be firm and flexible when needed.

Overall, Angela made the process easy, however, I did not necessarily follow her advice, which I know frustrated her, and which I never saw her frustration come out. Had I followed her advice as she had recommended, I would have saved myself a lot of pain, aggravation and financial impact. Despite that, she still made sure to represent me and ensure that what I wanted was adhered to the letter of the law. I would highly recommend, and have, Angela to handle anyone's needs when going through a difficult process of a divorce or separation.

My daughter and her young daughter were living in Phoenix when she realized that it would be necessary to leave her husband. She had initial conversations with several attorneys and fortunately chose to let Fred represent her. From the beginning he was always accessible and very good in responding to Emails or messages that were left. He was also conscientious in looking out for my daughter's best interests and well-being.

When she needed to move out of their apartment, I was unable to help from almost 2000 miles away. Fred was able to set us up with an off-duty sheriff to be present on the morning she left to make sure the husband did not cause any physical problems for her or the baby.
