The Arizona Revised Statutes provide that domestic violence includes (but is not limited to) the following:

Dangerous crimes against children

Custodial interference

Reckless endangerment

Assault, intentional or reckless

Intent to injure, insult or provoke

Unlawful imprisonment

Emotional abuse

Disorderly conduct

Stalking or following a person with no reason

Recklessly displaying a weapon

Threatening or intimidating a person

Threatening to cause injury or damage

Intentionally damaging another's property

Making anonymous telephone calls

Using communication modes to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend

Making false reports to a law enforcement, social service agency or possibly other source

• Surveillance of another person without cause
