The Arizona Revised Statutes provide that domestic violence includes (but is not limited to) the following:

• Custodial interference

• Emotional abuse
• Disorderly conduct
• Stalking or following a person with no reason

• Threatening or intimidating a person
• Threatening to cause injury or damage
• Intentionally damaging another's property
• Making anonymous telephone calls
• Using communication modes to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend
• Making false reports to a law enforcement, social service agency or possibly other source
• Surveillance of another person without cause
