Mr. Przeslicke attended Northeastern Illinois University graduating with a BA Degree in Sociology. After twenty years, Steve retired from the military in 1999. During his years in the Marine Corps and the Air Force, he obtained a Masters Degree in Management and Public Administration from Webster University. He then attended Arizona State University College of Law. Steve has concentrated his practice in family law, additionally practicing civil law in both state and federal court.
Steve handles many complex decision making and parenting time cases working with custody evaluators and other professionals on a daily basis. He has a well know reputation for taking the “hard” and complex matters involving children including legal decision making, parenting time, grandparents rights, paternity and support.
Steve also works on complex and high dollar property cases utilizing business appraisers and real estate professionals regularly.
Steve has been appointed in Maricopa County Superior Court cases as a Family Law Master to address complex property and support issues.
Steve is an experienced trial lawyer having litigated cases in Maricopa County as well as Pinal County, Pima County, La Paz County, Apache County, Gila County, Yuma County and Graham-Greenlee County.
Steve is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association and Scottsdale Bar Association. He also teaches Family Law at a paralegal school and Employment Law at the graduate level.
